Under the guidance of skilled crafters, you’ll discover how to weave a beautiful Bridget Cross from rushes and create a charming Brídeóg doll. Perfect for all ages, this hands-on workshop is a wonderful way to connect with Irish customs while making keepsakes to treasure or gift. Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a curious beginner, this event promises fun, creativity, and cultural discovery. All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is needed. Bridget Crosses and Brídeóg's are traditional Irish crafts associated with St. Brigid, one of Ireland’s patron saints. These creations honor her feast day on February 1st, marking the beginning of spring and Imbolc, a festival celebrating renewal and fertility.
