Bernie Geraghty

From Ballindine, a small town in County Mayo, Bernie is a highly-respected performer and teacher, having taught music over many decades in Connacht.  She is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and acclaimed teacher of music in Mayo and North Galway.

Séamus Ó Mongáin

Séamus, from Dumha Thuama, in the Erris Gaeltacht area of North Mayo is playing concertina for over 20 years now.  A highly regarded performer and teacher of Irish music, he has taught and performed extensively both here and overseas and Seamus has featured on albums such as “Amhráin o Iorrais” and “West to East.” He is highly influenced by the music of his contemporaries in North Mayo as well as Noel Hill, Tony McMahon, Des Mulkere and many others, and having returned to his native Mayo after 20 years living in Dublin is now delighted to be playing among those contemporaries once again.
